12 WEEK TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

Each program is designed for 12 weeks and is constructed based on YOUR GOALS! This means you will achieve your goals at the rate it should do for you.
Learn more about what your body can achieve and feel more confident about the way you look.
Following the regime will be straight forward with easy to make meals that will make you feel more energised and impress your peers.
6 Week Review – Your progress will be monitored on a 6 week basis and discussed in detail. This will allow me to observe your progress, discuss your next steps moving forward and how we can support you for the next phase of your program.
